No, none of the products we offer contain any artificial flavors. How should these products be stored? None of our mixes require refrigeration. They can be stored in your pantry or cabinet at room temperature How long is the shelf life of Food-Tek's products? At this time, our testing has shown that the mixes have a minimum shelf-life of 18 months. How can I place an order?

Cancellations can only be accepted prior to shipment of the order.
If you are not completely satisfied with our product for any reason, please return the item for a full refund. We must receive any unopened product, the opened pouch including lot code stamped on the edge, and a sample of the finished product.
Requests for returns and/or refunds must be received via phone within 30 days of delivery. No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, call Customer Service at 800-648-8114.
